About education

This method of learning the Bouzouki (three-string and four-string) is nothing but the same and the most common way of teaching any stringed instrument that has been applied in conservatories for centuries by integrating the oral tradition of learning the instrumental and music theory. (Reading-notation).

An educational “learning method” for each stringed musical instrument includes the correct finger positions, scales (dromoi), finger and pick flexibility exercises, performance techniques, songs, and instrumental Bouzouki music.

These studies further enhance the students’ knowledge to become complete musicians and not only Bouzouki masters. They benefit from the oral tradition of learning the instrument (which is the most prevalent) and the music theory that provides the following.

Music theory is a practice used by musicians to understand and communicate the language of music. It also provides a system for interpreting musical compositions.

Additional training includes an orchestration study using the Sibelius (music notation software program). In this software, we orchestrate all the musical instruments.
The music output you incorporate into your study is the DAW Logic Pro X software (DAW stands for Digital Audio Workstation). Logic Pro X software is the hub of your virtual studio, and we give life to our compositions and orchestrations by learning sound mixing.
